The Agonda Palace was built by the Bandekar family in place of an earlier traditional indian mansion, located on the river side, surrounded with palm trees and untouched nature, it is just a couple of minutes walk from Agonda beach. The resort offers accomodation in comfortable clean rooms, each one recently renewed, provided with fans and air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with hot water shower, safe and private terrace.

Being the Agonda Palace immersed in a tranquil tropical paradise it is a perfect peaceful place for meditating and yoga practicing, close to the center of Agonda Beach Village but still isolated in its own unspoiled natural contest overlooking the Agonda river, it's defenetely suitable for those who are willing to find a quiet shelter without giving up comforts. At the resort we offer an healthy vegeterian or vegan cuisine, but if you're here for a retreat and you wish to eat typical indian food we can on request cook fresh fish and seafood from the local area.
